Dieting creates binging. 

Period.

If there were no diets, there would be no binging.

I used to try every new diet I could get my hands on -- really ridiculous things. They never worked . . . . and I was extremely frustrated.

But I was still doing the same thing . . . binging, then dieting to make up for the binging, feeling deprived, then binging again . . .

For a long time, I didn't know what else to do. And I realized that most of my friends were having the same kind of problems.

So I redoubled my efforts to find strategies that actually work. I stopped listening to what the diet doctors were telling me and tried new techniques. 

Simple techniques . . . practical techniques.

When I applied these strategies to my own life, the results were astounding:

  • No more thinking about food all the time

  • Letting food just be food, not something that you feel is controlling your life

  • and Yes, EATING LESS . . . naturally

When I did figure it out, I became dedicated to teaching others how to avoid the pain and frustration that I felt.

The BEST Tool

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) was the very BEST tool that I found in my research.
