My cd isn't working right.

Try these steps first:

1. Wash the cd with liquid soap and water. Then try playing it again.

2. Spray the back of the CD with Pledge and polish lightly.....It fills in any small scratches and cleans debris.

If those steps don't work, you can get a replacement CD.

IMPORTANT

The CDs are not sold through me, so unless you received the CD directly from me, you need to contact the company you purchased it from.

Contact customerservice@kunaki.com Tell them you have a defective CD and they will send you a replacement.

If you received the CD directly from me, then submit a request through the helpdesk.
