Welcome . . . my name is Carol Solomon. I am a Clinical Psychologist, Personal Coach, and the author of a book called "Lose Weight Now . . . Stay Slim Forever". 


Some time ago, I came across this incredible technique for helping people with all kinds of problems. Never before in my 25 years of practicing psychology, or now in my personal coaching practice, have I seen such a simple technique be so powerful. 

I have seen problems that would normally take years to resolve in traditional therapy practically disappear in a few sessions.  

When I first learned the technique, I was skeptical. 


Even though what I saw seemed like a miracle, I had to see for myself. 

I tried it on myself (of course) and didn't really notice anything much at first. So I ignored it for awhile -- even though others were reporting phenomenal results.


I was determined to learn more. 

I learned that this technique could be used to STOP food cravings.


Since I specialize in helping people lose weight without dieting, that seemed like a natural place to start. What I have learned has been phenomenal. 


I was still curious. I couldn't get it out of my mind, so I read more about it and tried it again. This time I got incredible results.


Using this technique, I was able to ignore ALL food cravings and ANY urge to eat when I wasn't hungry. 


It also got me off a plateau that I had been on FOREVER -- can you relate?

I went for several weeks without the desire for ice cream  -- a new record, for sure! 


All this in complete peace and harmony . . .Needless to say, I was thrilled . . . 


My next experience was when I was scheduled to teach a weight management class. I was nervous about how it would go since I hadn’t been in front of an audience for a long time. 

 I used the technique to resolve my fears about being in front of an audience. I even used it in the bathroom before I started the class, using every spare moment to prepare.  


The moment finally came.  


For the first time in my life, I stood before an audience and spoke without an ounce of anxiety. I couldn’t muster any if I tried.  This experience seemed surreal, but I was definitely convinced. 

I knew that something different had occurred in these experiences, something that I couldn’t fully explain or understand, but I knew it was real. 

That technique is called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). It was developed by a Stanford Engineer, Gary Craig. It is so versatile that it can be used for ANY issue or problem, and any aspect of any problem. 

I started incorporating EFT into my practice and boy, are my clients happy that I did.


Since then, I have helped my clients curb their cravings for food, tobacco and alcohol, resolve fears, phobias and excessive emotional reactions. 

Using EFT reduces the everyday stress, tension and anxiety that leads to reaching for chocolate when you aren't physiologically hungry.


Whoever said "No Pain No Gain" obviously did not know about
Emotional Freedom Techniques!

Hi Carol,   

  I’ve been thinking about you.  I'm feeling great!  Lots of changes going on. I have lost 12 pounds and have kept it off for a while now. 


  I have lots of energy, and the cravings are gone.  I eat when I'm hungry even if the clock doesn't say breakfast, lunch or dinner.  No more late night snacking when the family is in bed or pigging out on empty calories.  I'm not sure what happened, but I think all your words, exercises, and patience with me helped to put everything together.
